Hi, I’m Kelly

Making education practical, approachable, and connected to real life

Kelly DeAngelis, OTA/L, is an occupational therapy practitioner, educator, mentor, and resource creator with more than 11 years of experience across skilled nursing, rehabilitation, leadership, fieldwork education, student mentorship, care coordination, and telehealth.

Her career has included supporting older adults, mentoring future occupational therapy practitioners, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and helping individuals navigate meaningful participation, safety, independence, and everyday life.

Some of the most valuable lessons in healthcare come from experience, great mentors, asking questions, making mistakes, and learning how to turn knowledge into something you can actually use.

That is why I created Well With Kell—a supportive place for students preparing for what’s next, practitioners seeking useful resources, professionals supporting older adults, and caregivers navigating a new season of life.

A little more about me

Life beyond occupational therapy

I grew up in Virginia and now call Florida home. I’m an animal lover, baker, traveler, wellness enthusiast, and lifelong learner. I love family time, my dogs, recipes made from scratch, exploring new places, staying active, and enjoying the Florida sunshine.

Why the whole person matters

Our careers matter—but so do the lives we are building outside of them. Education can be professional without being intimidating. Aging can be approached with possibility. Caregivers deserve support too. Giving back should be part of how we define success.
