Tutoring Policy
Scheduling, payment, cancellation, and package terms for tutoring and mentorship.
Sessions
Tutoring and mentorship sessions are 60 minutes and are held virtually unless otherwise agreed.
Payment
PayPal and Venmo are currently accepted. Payment is due 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Packages
Packages expire 12 months after purchase and are non-transferable.
24 hours or more
Sessions cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the appointment may be moved at no charge. If the client chooses not to reschedule, 50% of the unused prepaid session will be refunded.
Late cancellations and no-shows
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments are non-refundable.
Client agreement
Clients may receive a fuller written welcome and service agreement before paid services begin. If an individual agreement conflicts with this summary, the signed agreement controls.
